Hartford Downtowners
With the disappearance of the Capitols a couple years prior, the Hartford Downtowners looked to, err, capitalize on the newly available basketball market of Hartford in 1976. They didn’t last long, though. They finished the 1976-77 season with a 5-19 record, and folded after the year was over.
