Raleigh Bullfrogs
The Raleigh Bullfrogs played in the Global Basketball Association (GBA) for the 1991-92 season at Dorton Arena on the North Carolina Fairgrounds. The Bullfrogs were coached by Monte Towe, who had played and was an assistant coach at NC State in the 1970s. The Bullfrogs would win 28 of 63 games in their only season, going out of business soon after. The GBA itself wouldn't last much longer. Of the league's original 11 teams, only 8 would make the second season, with the league folding in the middle of that season.
