Sarasota Stingers
The Sarasota Stingers (or Florida Stingers) were a CBA expansion franchise for the 1983-84 season, playing at Robarts Sports Arena and later Manatee Civic Center. They would play three seasons in Florida, none were particularly successful. They would eventually move to Charleston, WV, and be renamed the Charleston Gunners.
